CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out via email and text in advance. If you no show your reserved appointment time you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you reschedule or cancel with in 24 hrs of your reserved appointment time you will be charged 50% of your service fee. TO AVOID THIS FROM HAPPENING PLEASE RESCHEDULE / CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WHEN CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND TEXT ARE SENT OUT PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT.
